Reflections on Thierry Breton’s resignation from the European Commission.
đȘđș Constantin PavlĂ©as had the honour of being interviewed by LibĂ©ration to comment on Thierry Breton's landmark resignation from the European Commission.
It is worth highlighting his impressive record as European Commissioner, in particular his unwavering commitment to defending the values and interests of our continent in the digital world. Under his leadership, key texts have seen the light of day, including the Digital Services Act (DSA), the Digital Markets Act (DMA), the Data Act, the Data Governance Act (DGA) and the IA Act.
đ Europe is losing two emblematic figures in digital regulation with the departure of Thierry Breton and Margrethe Vestager, both of whom are known for having taken on the American technology giants. Ms Vestager, who temporarily succeeds Mr Breton until the end of his term in December, had also announced her intention to leave the Commission.
đ Let's hope that the next European Commission will continue to uphold Europe's values and interests with the same determination in the face of global technological challenges and competition.

Ă lâĂšre des coupes budgĂ©taires, le dĂ©ploiement de lâintelligence artificielle dans les juridictions serait une opportunitĂ© pour dĂ©sengorger les tribunaux et faciliter lâadministration de la justice dans notre pays.
