Artificial intelligence is transforming the world of healthcare. It no longer simply supports professionals: it multiplies their capabilities, accelerating research, refining diagnoses, personalizing prevention and optimizing care. Thanks to the massive analysis of clinical data, AI can now detect certain pathologies earlier, anticipate risks and develop better-targeted treatments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The challenge is clear: on the one hand, to protect fundamental human rights, and on the other, to foster a fluid, ethical and innovative digital ecosystem. This is the key to enabling leaps forward in medicine, thanks to the processing of health data by AI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\ud83d\udcd5 Thus, we can refer to a French and European health data law, whose objectives are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u27a1\ufe0f The protection of health data: the need for a specific legal basis – including specific consent from the individual, and a high level of security for any processing of health data<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u27a1\ufe0f Innovation through the use of artificial intelligence, in the presence of essential safeguards: the qualification of AI systems in the healthcare field as high-risk AI systems (AI Act) and supervised access to health data for the purposes of scientific research and the development of new treatments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
